what is hartely's 2009 eps of 90 cents based on. They say Indonesia will ramp up to 2500bpd attributable to OEX. At a POO of $100 that provides annual revenue barely 90 cents per share. where do they get this eps from, is their other production coming online, are they taking a guess on exploration success? whats the point of writing a report if you dont explain the key assumptions.
