One swallow doesn't make a summer......"
However if one does not see the first swallow then there maybe no summer.... of course time will tell.
Good news - building a base - more customers and of note - AND the Denver test re the ice -thaw in my opinion is the catalyst in more EdenCrete for roads where the snow/ice are a challenge ... as per the report:- (my italics)
This new project follows the evaluation, over two winters, of the performance ofEdenCrete® in concrete roads in Denver in two separate field trials by DPWD (see Eden ASXannouncements 20 February 2017 and 18 September 2017) in each of which the concretewas repeatedly subjected to both repeated freeze-thaw events and heavy dosages of deicing salts and road chemicals that traditionally cause concrete to break down.
From that test -and the time taken - there must be more DoTs that suffer from the
same - identical- similar etc etc etc challenges (have we not seen the images on our TVs) --snow ploughs etc??.. Now add the results by MARTA white paper --- plus the I20 ---- plus the shotcrete ----plus---- the abrasion tests ---- plus.and plus and plus----Most impressive in my humble opinion and one that I believe is possibly the most BENEFICIAL in any use of concrete --
the test(s) on the permeability- (better described from a simplistic view as -
stops moisture and chemical penetration ).
Now most of these tests have been over many many months-- if not years....
Surely these must stand in evidence of the benefits of the product... YES/NO.............
Why is our product not firing???? ----Now please convince me that maybe -just possibly -who knows--some of the big concrete Coys just maybe don't want EC to be the "new kid on the block".... Would you if owned a business that a good part of your income MAY be jeopardised by lack of work on future repairs... This is just my opinion from my simple point of view ????? A business case...not a case from a customers point of view.
Make up your own minds --- as I said just my observations ---over many months. I could be off track ? !
I do believe that the latest announcement is the start of more to come --- why not !!!!! -- I cannot see any less coming ????
I have read the announcement a number of times and suggest others do also as it becomes more informative-- Yes %ages may be challenged but in any case -- ALL POSITIVE (yes i shout - big time- my choice)
And what about other Companies - Countries etc watching - observing-waiting etc on EDE's reports ..... and reports especially from Government bodies !!!
