Thanks understand all this , but do you really think those 10 builds wouldn’t have been engineered to pass the codes before start date ? Somehow I very much doubt that , as a matter of fact I think the new codes will pass with flying colours . Leaking like a siv , we’ve had some rain here mate and believe me when I say , there are some major problems with water egress and cracking right here in Good old WA ! Not to mention the lack of good trained labour ! And what are we using instead ? Foreign labour , that can’t speak English and don’t give a F about quality , while our young are unemployed . Times are changing my friend , materials are changing , codes are changing , work practices are changing , technology is changing , Move with the flow or be left behind , whilst I still believe in HX making it to market in next 4 years I also am here mainly because of the DST and while human intervention will be needed on some projects , I have also come to realise there are many machines , complex and not that could do with limited human intervention and the use of DST . Time will tell but robotics in the construction place will be as common as our dependence of the computer ! Surely you must see this ? Reflect back to 30 years ago and what was in your office ? what did your secretary rely on to run your office ? your drafting team and their drafting desk and the tools they relied on ? scheduling department and their tools, the materials used on site ect ect ect so much has changed mate and this Technological gains in AI will make 5 years equivalent to 30 years in progress!! It’s right in front of your nose , the risk here is , Will FBR do it ? 7c is not a risk as 25c is , but very surprising it’s even reached these lows at 7c ! mis judgement can easily be made as from this example and there are plenty more where this example came from . I’m just going to build a wall around and not listen to anymore negativity , I’m backing my investment 110% LOL just gotta laugh sometimes
