Ann: Indus to acquire New Era Oil and Gas, page-12

Can’t believe the waffle.
Shares in Indus were trading a closer to 1c prior to late speculation. Asset backing also backed this up.
How would anyone perceive that it was worth 2.1 and someone would come in and offer them great prospects for nothing.
Can anyone tell me how you would value Indus at 2.1 with what they had? $800k and no other assets with a very real prospect at being wound up.
This is a great deal.
It values the shares around 1c after the capital raise with the money in the bank and then you add in the prospects!
Its not that hard to understand if I can work it out.
