I am not 100% sure but almost certain that BHP wouldnt be able to hold the UMC ground if it took UMC over

reason:

The ground UMC has is EX-BHP which was forced under a WA State Act to be relinquished.......This is why the odd shaped tenements

Given this, how could BHP get the land back if it was forced to get rid of it.
