I would imagine being forearmed with beneficial knowledge prior to making any buy would be subject to insider trading rules.

I asked mbot what the difference between releasing news then an SPP with a past VWAP and releasing an SPP with a future VWAP and then releasing news was and he couldn't/wouldn't answer me, perhaps you can?
