"In the absence of formal advice from NMDC, ECT has formed the reasonable opinion that NMDC will not proceed with the project'
Q: Did you receive any informal feedback from them at all during the meeting(s)? Did they tell you verbally why they are seemingly not interested anymore? After years of "remaining committed to the project", why the sudden back flip?
