Would a meeting not be required to satisfy point a., Security Holder approval. And then this would be taken to ASX for their approval.. That is how I understood the process.
Either way, the absence of any formal announcement indicating the direction the company is going to take should surely be troubling. But appears not for some shareholders who are very happy that bitcoin is exploding even though they can't take advantage of that growth, don't know when they might be able to, don't know if they ever will be able to and have no idea what the company is doing to get themselves out of suspension.
