    And why is it not relevant? because of a date?

    Has SDL changed its mind, has the Cameroon Govt had a suden change of heart and is now stopping the rail and port infrastructure, has Mbalam disappeared, has the SDL investors sold and gone to the Bahamas?

    Simple answer is no to all of them. It remains relevant to this day, if not more so.
