I am well aware of the time line and what COP have in them.
If COP were selling the company why did they give FAR a PE notice.......which I might add was a surprise to WPL given Coleman's comment of COP chose a different path.
Its as clear as day that COP and WPL were not on the same page at that time.
COP SEC filing, if they were selling the company, should have been reflected by saying just that not the 35% interest.
I'm still not sure of where they are at given Coleman has said you can't pe a company but the AIPN says a share transfer triggers pe.
Any ways we will find out whether FAR were/are full of it or COP cocked it up.
