50/50 partnership is : both owners namely (BW) @(FBR) share a 50/50 stake of “FBA” they share in the profits , losses , liabilities, insurances, staff, all overheads , the cost of expansion including the costs to manufacture HX s ect ect . If this wasn’t the case I see no point in a JV between the two ! FBR would have simply agreed to use BWK exclusively as a supplier without going into a partnership. Although , we are at it again ! Having to speculate on this union instead of both parties making the union transparent on exactly how the JV is structured . They should change their name to FBRiddles!
