It would be interesting to see FAR's dispute letter. If it said "FAR intend to take up the PE right (subject to 30 days further analysis) after the following additional information is provided to us as per JOA clause 3.03.2402.340240" then FAR might have a very stong case that they were denied their right.

How could FAR say they " intend to take up the PE right following additional information is provided "when it is the additional info' required to make that assessment.
