This is the best news I've had all year! Napier showed complete contempt for shareholders, and ducked for cover when times were tough. He not only eroded value, but also confidence in the company - and this may take some time to recover. In saying that, CTS is a great story that needs to be sold to the market and hence the choice of the next MD needs to be a good one.

For long suffering shareholders - I'm confident that better times lie ahead.
