still orders of magnitude undervalued. new investors should refer to the very conservative assumptions in Oznt's wkt document (may be worth reposting Oz) as well as the equally conservative IRR report. it doesn't take much research to calculate a potential conservative dividend - then you will appreciate how crazily the market has this currently underpriced. IMO Buy to your maximum exposure levels and hold for dividend - with tight register once the market becomes familiar with wkt - there will not be any decent volumes to buy. have never seen a stock so fundamentally undervalued by market in my 27yrs of investing in ASX.
