This CEO is becoming a protected species, all because he is the largest shareholder and provider of loans to the Company. Looks like he may have to UP his holdings a bit more to protect the share price from falling further. A falling share price will not bode well for a Nasdaq IPO.

Worryingly, a poster received a copy of his visa application. Shouldn't this trigger more questions than trying to answer the reason why Y didn't attend. Like why did he let another poster post this application?, and more to the point, what date did he actually apply for his visa?

Nothing of substance revealed at the AGM, if there was, a Company announcement would be released in support. Questions requiring answers of substance were flipped for reasons of no authority to answer.
This was supposed to have been an AGM. This was nothing more than a 'Claytons' AGM.
