Fair call on your first point
I wouldnt say its a conspiracy, but i can definitely see how it seems that way. more a concern with the contradiction of Data/studys
between studies, the Gold price is up 15%, yet the NPV is down 60%
It just doesn't make sense, even being conservative it still doesn't stack
Just looks like they are creating an "ace up the sleeve"
Down play it all now, justification for Trucking
Get trucking with EM
Then 1 year down the track they will probably be revising up the Asset, coming off the low base (manufactured IMHO)
