Never forget, and I've said it before. The company (ECT management) are the ones setting shareholder expectations via their communications and announcements. They need to accept responsibility for this situation. Sorry to hear you made plans based on the deal- I personally wrote the holding down to zero many years ago.

There are lessons to be learnt here- but they may not be evident for some time yet.

I do agree with another poster- given the amount of effort in building the relationship with NLC and NMDC over many years. Having "polite persistence" rammed down our throats time and time again AND delay after delay we find that management would simply shut the door after 4 weeks of no communication from NMDC. It certainly reeks of bulls**t to me.
