i'm uneducated medically this is 3 things that I have extracted from the interview
1. Vincent has built quite a few successful dermatology companies which were bought for $$$billions
2. According to Vincent he the company is under radar and has gained and is gaining exposure
3. Upon his success with dermatology company he's determined to create another billion worth company
