Ann: Sell Down by Forise Investment Sydney, page-44

there is a heap of stock now floating around..309 million shares that were supposedly tightly held are now out in the market @1.2 cents..this has changed the whole dynamics of this company for the worse..I can't believe what I am reading here.
I think forise, saw the company from a board seat perspective, did not suit then and got out..one reason being what I said earlier this,week, that the landscape is very inaccessible, meaning huge infrastructure dollars would need to be spend..hundreds and hundreds of millions..FNT could not and have not the money..that's if anything is proved up..hence I believe one of the reasons fortise sold down.
you don't sell this huge quantity of shares if the picture is rosey. That we can all agree on.
