If the preliminaries indication is that FAR have a strong case this will not be allowed to drag on.IMO Too many milestones coming up that require certainty going forward. The transition into development needs to run smoothly and an ongoing arbitration dispute can only throw a spammer in the works.
Senegal will arc up if progress on SNE is suffering and I just cannot imagine the project financiers playing ball with this issue still unresolved.
The heat is going to be turned up on COP big time and the only solution for them will be to bring in the fire brigade.
