The announcement didn't state NMDC was buried. They still left the door open. Hopefully it is a strategy. Who knows, ECT has implied they have had discussions with NMDC staff - however NMDC Board is not confirming nor denying the deal is still on the table. To me, this sounds like there is internal conflict within NMDC (between senior staff and the Board)
