It did seem a bit late for them to be doing the due diligence, but they would have seen the works on the wells almost complete, and now the wells are starting to flow. Surely they can take this success story to the investors, to show them its not pie in the sky. Even if the potential investors are a hard nosed cynical lot, they can now see that income is being generated. Its dueto the expiry of the 60 day exclusivity period that allows Emerald to seek alternative funding. If Avanti want to carry it through they will be in competition with others, who can see thae income and potential. Emr can cut Avanti's percentage. Interesting times indeed.
