    What a fantastic letter. Thanks @airconditioner

    This weekend, I will print it, write my name on it together with the amount of shares I own and my average buy price.
    I will also add a short personal welcome message.
    I will then sign it and send it to Simon at the company headquarters in Perth.

    I urge every serious long term investor here to do the same thing.
