Thank you, Gann What tweeked my interest was reading Jim Rogers' "Hot Commodities" but my stock broker either isn't interested or can not provide a lot of additional info (maybe conflict of interest?). Your posts have been helpful but I will continue to study a bit more before I take the plunge as I am actually a rather cautious person. Just for possible interest though, I live 9 months of the year in Africa...and I can absolutely guarantee finding food there is a scramble for the financially challenged people. Already food theft is a major problem and it is sad to observe cultural behavior breaking down so swiftly. I suspect this will become a worldwide problem GREATER than any terrorism.
