I don't know where the Warrego is Scrap came from.....
My understanding was that it went though a full refurb 2 years prior to it being Shut Down for C and M.
"The Warrego plant was originally commissioned in 1992 and was decommissioned in 1999. The plant was recommissioned in 2003 following refurbishment by the then owner Giants Reef Mining Ltd."
I wouldn't call that scrap !
