Sumboodeh, I have already posted that I don’t care what Folau posted, free speech for all in our country but the court system will ultimately decide if indeed he was in breach of his contract conditions and if he was then ARU are well within their rights to sack him. And this is what this whole saga is about....unfair dismissal v free speech.
My employment contract sets out company expectations and behaviours which I signed......if l break those I know the repercussions.
I do agree with you that re the lgyrebu,s are using this to make a statement as are the Christian group who took on the funding.
