Yes, I formed my opinion based on this statement. I don’t think even Delaysia would tell Amanda whether or not she was in business on Sep 3rd the day before. The appeal yesterday to MESTECC against the WLP export condition artificially dreamt up on a whim by Yeo is the final outstanding issue. So this week, I expect the licence to be renewed and Lynas will be advised whether or not that condition is waived. I expect it will be waived and Lynas given sufficient time to relocate C&L to WA.
