I believe $3.85 was my pick for July.

At the time I placed my bets I analysed what appeared to be a reverse head & shoulders forming on the daily chart (one of many in hindsight).

Hence the reason for my $3.08 punt for January as well.

The $2.50 to $3 area was a significant support & resistance zone & coupled with the reverse head & shoulders I was expecting a bounce back above the $3 zone.

I got it wrong.

Macroeconomics events affect global markets, no matter how strong your company is if it deals in international trade it will be swept up in global economic problems.
