    Bad news before good news. This has been done before by CVI.

    CVI rarely release ANN before market opens. Once again another part of the twists and turns of CVI.

    Does anybody really think this is the only news to come out in the short term ?

    Plenty of good oil to come shortly imo.

    But am tired of the false hope.
