correct me if im wrong but - if they knew cap raise for 1m was a few days away, money was low - bills needed to be paid namely their salaries - who wouldn't loan to "vrc" aka their salary payer - they basically secured their own salary for the "near term" ..nothing more as nothing has actually been achieved or looks to be - just lot of announcements for near term and claims of advancing and progressing - really would like to know what has progressed seems last ann they havent even lodged the maritious 40m raise as they still drafting it?? by them they mean outsourcing company...getting ridiculous vrc. not happy
