Why dont you go back and do a little bit more research , in particular look at the start up costs that this company has used to get projects going....have you noticed the money the company has to get these projects running?? If you understood how things work you wouldnt be complaining I am sure of this. There is only so much they can do given the resources be rational ok and stop this bs day in day out. If you think this management is entirely pathettic then maybe you will learn from your mistakes and cut your loses.
