On 29 April it was announced "The Company has received several confidential, non-binding, indicative proposals".
Its now been two months and in fact the proposals would have been received some time before the 29 April announcement as they were probably only flushed out because PNC felt compelled to comment following an AFR article.
Given the time it has taken thus far, I am guessing that if there still is a potential suitor that they are waiting for final results for FY19. So that may take another couple of weeks for them to be satisfied in their due diligence.
PNC is my largest holding so this is kinda important to me.
