The disclosure on Page 12 piqued my interest.
c) as at the date of this announcement, De.Mem advises that it is in negotiations with an Australian company in relation to a potential acquisition. The negotiations are incomplete and confidential andthere can be no certainty that any agreement will be reached, or that any investment or transactionwill eventuate. De.Mem will make a further announcement in the event the negotiations completeand an agreement is executed.
Anyone in a position to elaborate?
