Where do I sign up to join a similar legal action and have it applied to a couple of dozen posters on this forum who think this place is a drunken pub
where insults, serious accusations of illegality, collusion, incompetence etc can be thrown around with impunity in an organised campaign to generate fear and chaos in the market, destroy reputations and, ultimately, to drive down the value of my shares?
The laws around comments on social media are tightening.
If this case succeeds - I wonder how many of you will start running to the moderator to immediately clean up your posting records?

I’d like to see this whole site go with real names, address, verified by passport, photo id, tax file number - whatever it takes.
That would really raise the level of debate here. Trolling would cease. Unscrupulous rampers and shorters would both need to be very careful.
Talk crap and you’d risk a brick through the window or your Mercedes getting keyed.
And much much worse... you know it.

I’d like to see ASX market trades tagged with verified seller and purchaser identities to end the anonymity there too.
I can’t see a single good reason why it shouldn’t already work like that.
Everyone would be fully accountable for, and identified by, our words and trades.
It would make for a better and more transparent system for all of us.
