Lol. I was waiting for an announcement too. Have been following the background filings.
Assuming that t’s to be crossed and i’s to be dotted on completion of the transfer of Thompson Bros from Strider Resources to Snow Lake Resources. Hence no announcement yet.
Filing in early June was for 47,999,900 shares.
More recent filing was for 12,000,000 shares.
12M is 25% of 48M. Which aligns with 80% and 20% shares of earn-in ... So works out as the 80% earn-in of Thompson Bros by NVA ... plus the 20% ownership by Progressive Planet.
This all gets rolled into the soon to be listed subsidiary together with seed capital for the listing. NVA ends up with approx 73.85% of the listed entity and Progressive Planet about 18.46%.
The rest of the shares (7.69%) are seed capital and from pre-listing funds.
That’s my interpretation, which might be wrong.
