    The official line is that they want to focus their resources on one project instead of two. From the Focus' Mineral Resource table here http://www.focusminerals.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/Mineral-Resources-December-2015.pdf, it seems the Laverton project has the slightly better grade than the Coolgardie grades 2.5g/t vs 2.3 g/t (and with more resources already converted to Measured 81k vs 39k) - makes sense they chose to sell Coolgardie if they had to choose one to sell
