As much as I'm positive about 4CE's future (at least for the time being), we have to be realistic here...
If we take into account the recent CR (38M shares) and shares to be issued for acquisition of Malawi lead/silver project (80M shares), 4CE will have total of ~543 million shares on issue. At SP of 10c, the market cap will be ~$54M. Let's get real - that's not going to happen anytime soon.
However, 3c-4c (MC: ~$16M - $21M) I think is realistic in short term IF management delivers.
