    I think the mods need to clarify this, I too am confused.

    You did not ramp and there was no info that could be considered insider knowledge.

    it can NOT be considered wrong if a director tells someone that news is forthcoming in a given time frame but does not specify the impact of the news or the content.

    Why was Scotty modified?
