Yakka, how could anyone read into my para that you requoted above as “being a good thing”!
I was discussing why historically the SI’s is totally near dependent on foreign aid, is described as a 3rd world economy and why foreign Co’s and local/foreign JV Co’s collectively struggle to get off the ground with local ventures.
The SI’s is an investors nightmare.
