This is an interesting table from a Feb RvR broker report. which shows valuations table of rvr based on different commodity assumptions. I am copying their spot price valuation of 52c which is the closest to today’s realised metals prices, which when converted to AUD are pretty much today’s realised metals when you adjust the 73c they use to the 69-70 today Spot Prices valuation of RVR Spot USD/AUD 0.73, Zinc $1.24/lb, Lead $0.95/lb, Copper $2.79/lb, Silver $16.05
one can see 19.5c is very much a bargain and the stock Is currently the cheapest of the small cap resource stocks and carries a very good risk return tradeoff as development risks have largely passed , they have net cash and a robust forward free cash flow. Imo - a increase in zinc prices and an improvement in sentiment could see this reach 30-35c very quickly. Should be 25c right now.
