I don't think so, as the financials show, there is no real need for additional capital, a cap raise at this stage would make no sense (unless EOF is going to dual list on NASDAQ which I think is part of the future but probably still a fair while off).....
Could be wrong, but especially as the cat has now urinated on the bag and RayMc has reported it was last seen strutting down the street with a copy of the quarterly in hand, I think this remains the most likely explanation....
