This is starting to move now. It will be interesting how this plays out.
I wonder if the company will willingly or be forced to come out and deny or confirm reports. If it really wants to put heat on any interested party, it should come out and confirm approach, which should get the shorts scrambling. Of course that could backfire if the interested party walks away.
