Agree; when O3 list and CHN shares are out of escrow we'll be able to get out the pencil and calculate the actual value. As for the NSR, we'll only know that over time.
O3 looks like it is going to be well capitalised, so it could be quite a long term investment in its own right.
Chalice really does fit Rick Rules' definition of an optionality play; acquiring a large bank of land and sitting on it. Completely off the radar for most investors.
