Red2goinin...Interesting article on Flinders..23 posters being pursued by the company for defamation....There was one poster many years ago that was taken to court by a company because of posts on HC. There was a fund you could contribute towards to assist the persons legal case from memory. That was before HC tightened up their posting rules. The thing is that if you get pursued by one of these public companies they will take you to the cleaners...It is also very costly to defend. Its a big hole to dig yourself out of if it is all laid down in the public forum in black and white.
