Hi @DaisyA humble man with a simple question here ..... how can the board enter into a legal agreement that includes a clause disallowing the BOD to act in the best interest of their shareholders......... surely there is an obligation first to shareholders to actively engage with any genuine parties until an offer is approved ..... as they say in life a deal is never done till the money is in the bank. ?????
