The Anncmt (above) was from the Consortium Presentation in Sept 2014 (I was at it, 2nd Floor of "The Establisment" in George St, Sydney).
Back then they were saying the HLP could be set up & operational within about 12 -15 mths (by late 2015). Then once they start dumping ore on the pad the Gold starts from Day 1 but obviously only a trickle.
Probably another 3 - 6 mths to get full production. So all up about 18 mths. They've done most of the work, they have a Mining Licence. The remaining regulatory work, would be done in the 12 mths they need to set the HLP up. Back then they est it'd cost about $500k to set up for Mining but say $1m to be safe.
