Wrong again, there are no insinuations whatsoever, it is just clear fact that WFE did not include anything about the prospectus in the last update.
They did not say if anything was happening on it at all, nor did they bother stating if KUMI had started to do any work, nor anything about Independent Experts becoming involved in showing the project was viable.

That is just straight out fact of what was missing from the "update". Basically keeping the market in the dark about all those important aspects.

Of course with continuous disclosure rules, if anything was happening I'm sure the company would have updated the market, but No, nothing about any of it.

The only recent insinuation or rumour was the one you provided about the large investor waiting for WFE to relist. Do you have any form of substantiation or just more of your wishful thinking??

Your comments like the one about either a prospectus or an offtake within a week that you made 3 months ago, are becoming a joke. Where ever you have been getting your information from has proven to be hopelessly wrong for months now.

The one small hope is that the price of 15 month cobalt has started to move up on LME, now above $US30k/t, while shorter term it is still lower.
