CTP Agreement Close? Reposted, page-13

Hi AMF,
I'm certainly no lawyer but my view is it's probably illegal especially if they (APACR??) are utilising stock that they "have control over" to manipulate the market which is in additional to their disclosed 43.5% holding. The other issue is are they in receipt of privileged information at the time of trading and also there are no doubt ASX listing rules relating to market manipulation. I wonder how the HK sellers of the last 3% sold at 3.3c feel if they relied on the market price at the time? I'm also not convinced that ASIC is really onto these sorts of things.
