For Info. In the lower photo above, bottom right are the filter elements stacked, awaiting either replacement or fitting if new [polyprop].
There are four fiter compression stacks, two middle right of photo for ceasium/rubidium removal [if I remember correctly] and two top middle of photo by corner of factory.The filter material as one can see is incorparated in each frame. The frames are slung on the horizontal arms in a stack then compressed with a hydraulic ram for use. After a period of filtering they are back washed, hydraulic pressure released and trapped particles fall into the bins below.This part of the system is not contiuous flow and took something like 6 hours to complete with no back log effect to the rest of the operation.
Bottom left in the photo is the condensor and crytaliser.
