Most CN can be redeemed early (ie paid back before conversion). I agree with Tran here if there are no more CN which had a ceiling price of 4.9c then that can only be a good thing?
This is actually a really positive thing if Ted does not intend to issue any more CN as it suggests perhaps the other debt facility is closer than we think?
